ALLEGAN, Mich. and MONMOUTH JUNCTION, NJ \u2013 August 27, 2012 \u2013 Perrigo Company (Nasdaq: PRGO;TASE) and Tris Pharma, Inc. today announced the commercial launch of a major new store brand product. The new product is equivalent to Delsym\u00ae<\/sup> extended\u2013release oral liquid suspension containing dextromethorphan polistirex and will be marketed under major U.S. retailer and wholesalers\u2019 store brands or own label brands.<\/p>\n

Delsym\u00ae<\/sup>, indicated for the temporary treatment of cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation, has estimated annual sales of $100 million.<\/p>\n

Perrigo\u2019s Chairman, President and CEO Joseph C.
